Plants and animals are major divisions under living organisms. Plants are sedentary in nature while animals are locomotory. This site deals superficially on variosu aspects of the plants in brief. Plant kingdom is classified again into flowering an non flowering plants. The non flowering plants do not give rise to flowers and they include mostly ferns and mosses. The ferns and mosses come under three divisions called as thallophytes, bryophytes and pteridophytes. The flowering plants are further divided into angiosperms and gymnosperms. The angiosperms are again divided into monocotyledons and dicotyledons.
